We are currently seeking a Technical Analysis Senior Associate to join our team in Sao Paulo, São Paulo (BR-SP), Brazil (BR). Principais atividades: Suporta e auxilia os usuários por chat e remotamente na solução de problemas relacionados a hardware, software, redes e periféricos usando a tecnologia disponível. Rastreia, diagnostica, pesquisa e resolve problemas do usuário. Documenta solicitações de serviço e despacha pedidos para apoiar grupos na resolução de problemas. Orienta os usuários na interpretação das políticas, capacidades, limitações etc. da Tecnologia da Informação (TI). Fornece resposta rápida para garantir o tempo de atividade máximo de todos os usuários. Executa serviços rotineiros (via script). É guiado por instruções detalhadas para todos os trabalhos. Organiza e completa tarefas de acordo com as prioridades definidas. Garantir a satisfação do cliente, compromisso com o atendimento e os níveis de serviços contratados. Skils desejados: Comprometimento com trabalho e equipe, seja presente com baixo absenteísmo Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Capacidade analítica Demonstrar empatia com usuários no momento do atendimento Conhecimentos em redes, Windows 10 e Windows 11 Conhecimento básico do funcionamento de SCCM e Anti-vírus.
