Their business today is primarily focused on Brazil, yet aimed to also expand across Spanish LatAm in the medium term. They currently have offices in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, London, Lisbon, Barcelona, Montevideo, and Tel Aviv. Responsibilities: We are looking to hire a Senior Product UX Designer to help define, articulate, document, and implement a comprehensive product experience across LATAM, reporting to the Head of UX & Design and the UX Manager. Core focus on data driven decision making creating the best experiences for our players, whilst driving commercial uplift. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment, as well as show an aptitude for “on-the-job” learning of complex topics. Impact on the entire UX Process: Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and UX design process. Define design requirements based on data-driven decisions and collaboration from internal teams and stakeholders. A world-class product experience: Combine data-driven and user-centric methodologies for better results. Responsible for usability tests and UX research with the internal team and end users, gathering information and creating a plan to evolve the product. Design, document and effectively communicate how the flows, wireframes, prototypes and interfaces work and will help achieve company objectives. Build an inclusive product: Master HCI usability and accessibility (wcag) best practices. Knowledge of Apple, Android and responsive design guidelines. Collaborate with Local and Central Teams: Work closely to the Stakeholders, as well as with developers and designers, aligning customer needs and business goals, from the discovery of product specs up to the final deliverables. Be part of all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, user analysis, wireframes, flows, testing, implementation and results analysis. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the Design field, specially UX Design. Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome. Have a problem solver mentality and a spirit for innovation. Good verbal and written communication skills, in both English and Portuguese Master Figma, design system usage, as well the entire UX process (from research to final UI). Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript. Solid PowerPoint communication skills – distilling complex topics into easy to digest an meaningful content. Powered by JazzHR
