The Position As an IT/OT Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for following the stages of the Site Projects that involve the area, with a strategic vision to meet the business needs. The position is based in Montes Claros/MG and the main responsibilities are: Planning and lead execution of IT & OT high complex project, focusing on scheduling, resource management, risk management, procurement, quality, EHS, and cost controls to ensure the project will deliver what is expected. Be responsible for collect requirements from stakeholders, collaborate with internal and external teams to discuss and design service architecture, drive implementation, and deliver ready IT/OT solution back to stakeholders. Actively support the development of project team, coaching and mentoring to ensure their performance in the project context; You must ensure the project will follow project governance structure established, report project progress and take decisions together with the project Steering Group (StG) It is expected that you will be leading high complexity projects at the same time while keeping deliveries, timeline, and quality under control, so flexibility and adaptability is a must. Identify and manage real and potential risks, taking corrective or preventive actions whenever necessary in order to avoid changes in the initial planning. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation Control, or equivalent experience; Advanced English level, both written and spoken; Experience managing high complex project in IT & OT (Industrial automation); Solid knowledge in Project Management methodologies as PMBOOK and IT compliance / GMP and frameworks/good IT practices (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001/ISO 27002, GAMP5, etc.); Strong communication and leadership skills allowing you to build relationships and trust as well as obtain commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. It will be nice if you also present: Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, OKR and similar); Overall knowledge in IT & OT (server, network, industrial automation, databases, and systems) Analytical thinking, able to challenge the status quo of processes and sense of urgency to solve problems Ability to think long term and big picture, and to connect tactical solutions to a long-term plan, understanding challenges and opportunities, and always seek to understand the business objective before looking for an IT solution/Automation. Bring together individuals with different perspectives and opinions and drive toward a common goal. Project management certifications such as PMP®, PSM® are considered an advantage. Knowledge and previous experience in Projects related to: Pharmaceutical industry; Microsoft Azure DevOps; Industrial Network (Ethernet/Profinet); Cisco Network and Industrial communication protocols (AS-i, DNET, PROFINET, CNET, DH+); SAN and vSAN networks; Engineergin documentation/specification (P&IDs, flows, MCE, Descritivos, Electrical diagrams ...); Database (SQL); Microsoft servers (AD, DNS, DFS, Fileshare); Linux Server (specially RedHat); Virtualization Environment (VMWare); Storage (HP, EMC/DELL); Backup solution (e.g. Veeam, NetBackup) IT Solution development (using VBA and Python); GMP validation and IT conformity. ERP (e.g. SAP), MES (e.g. PAS-X) and LIMS solutions; Solution / tools / market concepts like: Docker, Zabbix, SCOM, Solarwinds and etc; Supervisory and data acquisition systems E.g.: iFix and Ignition (program language: VBA and Python); Industrial equipment (drives, CCMs, instruments); Programming of PLC (PAC/PLC); About the Department The IT/OT team of the Montes Claros/MG Site Expansion today is responsible for providing the entire connectivity, compliance, security, infrastructure and technical definitions service for the IT and automation systems under development for the new plant.
