Role Description The Global Recruitment Intern will be responsible for supporting the global talent banking practices of qualified candidates that match the experience, skillset, and knowledge of client job requirements that the Delivery Centre supports globally. We work in a 100% sales-driven environment where our Interns will help build our business and support Recruitment Consultants on their sourcing strategy for roles in the Americas/Europe and Africa Regions. It's a hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in our office). 6h/day availability. Principle Accountabilities: Use all available resources and networks to successfully source new candidates (Job Boards, LinkedIn, etc). Constantly source profiles to ensure that a live network of candidates are available to react to any new requirements that may arise. Deliver excellent internal service to Recruitment Consultants within the main hub and global hubs. Posts and monitors job openings/responses on various web search engines and the Airswift website. Fully utilise the use of the company’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS), web searches, networking, and advertising. Consistently research and monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and then acting upon the information by sharing it with Sales/Recruitment Functions. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Must be actively enrolled in an Undergraduate Course at a University – As long as the candidate is communicative and self-motivated. Advanced English. Must be comfortable with learning new software and computer tasks. Ability to be flexible and able to multitask with day-to-day workflow. Sales/Recruitment experience is an asset but not mandatory.
