What you’ll do As the manager of our newly founded Data Warehouse development team in Sao Leopoldo, Brazil, you will be responsible for leading a development team working on BW Move, SAP DataSphere Integration, Hybrid Scenarios and BW/4HANA itself. For the SAP DataSphere product this means that we provide an excellent integration between SAP DataSphere and BW/4HANA and work on a smooth path for customers how they can move more and more workload into the cloud without losing their massive investment into the BW(/4HANA) and ABAP stack. What you bring • Responsible for management and advancement of individuals and teams • Profound knowledge in SAP with SAP BW and BW/4HANA as an asset • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) is a must • Experience in team management of international (virtual) teams • Responsible for creation of environment of continuous learning and improvement. Actively seeks to coach and help with personal development.
