The Retail Environment Manager – Drugstores , is responsible for developing and managing the retail environment strategy (Drugstores) and the respective 5Ps (Product/ Price/ Promotions/. Point of Sale/Planogram) based on his experience in Marketing, Trade marketing and Sales. Having direct interaction with Consumer Marketing, Retail Shopper Insights, Category Management and Customer Development to develop strategies and tactics for executing categories and brands in this Retail Environment. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree, preferably Marketing or ADM Companies Solid experience in Trade Marketing or in the commercial area Advanced English Research Analysis Tools (Ex: Nielsen/ IQVIA/ Kantar/Dunnhumby) Office Preferred qualifications: Solid previous experience, preferably in consumer goods (Food, Hygiene and Beauty) or pharmaceutical companies Consistent history of achieving business objectives: Market Share and Sales; Experience in managing multiple brands and launches simultaneously; Proven ability to understand and develop trade marketing strategies; Ability to develop and encourage inter-organizational relationships to deliver results of business; Ability to translate brand strategies into trade marketing actions in the retail environment and its customers, including 5Ps tactics and execution guidelines; Investment management and trade marketing budget control.
