The Position As a Market Access Senior Manager LATAM at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for identifying and adapting key Market Access activities to optimize commercial opportunities for assets in LATAM. You will ensure proper preparation for future portfolio market entry in the affiliates and drive cross-functional collaboration efforts to ensure mid- to long-term Market Access perspectives are reflected in key Therapeutic Area development activities and business decisions. Additionally, you will strengthen the LATAM voice in the overall International Operations strategy. This professional will act in São Paulo. Other responsibilities include: Develop and execute regional market access strategies, incorporating pricing and reimbursement, health technology assessment, evidence-based medicine review, and health economic modelling activities. Design and develop an integrated approach to the payer value proposition, from early development through and beyond loss of exclusivity, ensuring recognition and market uptake of therapeutic area drugs/medical devices. Collaborate with payers, HTA (Health Technology Assessment) bodies, reimbursement influencers, and other decision-makers to ensure fair reimbursement systems and conduct strategic studies to positively impact pricing, reimbursement, and market access. Conduct quantitative and qualitative pricing research, working with Health Economics/Outcomes Research teams to design and implement effective pricing strategies. Stay updated on market access trends, policies, and changes in reimbursement systems, analysing their impact on the value proposition of drugs/medical devices. Provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders based on market dynamics and policy changes, aiming to adjust and enhance regional value propositions. Qualifications You hold bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Economics, Public Health or Life Sciences (Master's degree preferred). We would like to see someone with fluent level of English speaking, writing, and reading. We are looking for a professional with minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with a strong understanding of market access strategies, pricing and reimbursement, and health technology assessment. We hope to find proven experience in developing and implementing value propositions for pharmaceutical products or medical devices, conducting pricing research, and working with health economics/outcomes research teams. It will be appreciated to see that you have ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams with indirect reports, build relationships and networks with healthcare decision-makers and deliver business objectives in alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
