This role will: * Lead and coordinate the deployment of network infrastructure projects, ensuring successful implementation from start to finish * Collaborate with teams from different departments to define project goals, scope, and desired outcomes. * Oversee and coordinate resources, schedules, and finances to ensure successful completion of project goals. * Collaborate closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to ensure that the project is heading in the right direction. * Provide mentorship and support to team members, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance work environment Love this role? See the requirements below! * Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required * Design ability in the infrastructure components is required for the role. * Knowledge and/or Certification on Cisco data networking products and IOS, R&S, firewalls, load balancing technology solutions or equivalent. * SDN, SDWAN, DHCP/DNS, WAN/LAN topologies and services, WLAN, MPLS, IP management tools, Network Management, applications, Internet, QOS, EIGRP/BGP, etc. * Proficient level of english language is required, spanish proficiency is a plus! * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage network deployment projects, preferably in a large-scale environment. * Strong determination and motivation to excel in a competitive environment and achieve outstanding outcomes. * Extensive knowledge of network infrastructure technologies, protocols, and effective strategies * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, emphasizing strong interpersonal skills * Extensive experience in managing outcomes in an IT infrastructure environment * Strong experience translating business requirements into technical network solutions * Demonstrable experience in network and infrastructure planning and development * Demonstrable experience working in a global environment and coordinating across region * Extensive experience leading technically complex telecommunication deployments and projects * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels * Exceptional customer service focus * Willingness to work some unsociable hours - weekends and evenings - to support implementations At Johnson & Johnson, we are committed to providing equal opportunities for all candidates and employees.
