MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB: Support Industrial Engineers at Focus in manufacturing processes related to material control, inventory management, data integrity, and activities related to the factory's continuous improvement program (loss reduction, root cause analysis, process audits, report generation, and result presentations). MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: Inventory control via system: reprocessing adjustments, SAP transfer error correction, variance analysis, posting requests, and monitoring inventory item statuses. Support in factory loss control: actively participate in improvement groups to reduce material losses, assist in data collection, monitor actions, and present results. Preparation of reports such as daily production reports and weekly loss reports. Support in validating production volume data and line performance. Creation and verification of production routings and versions in SAP. Analysis and request for expense reclassification. Support in updating operational and managerial presentations for the factory.
