The Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) Coordinator is responsible for implementing and maintaining FP&R principles within the manufacturing facility, focusing on methodology dissemination, training, cost savings, data intelligence, and standardization. This role ensures continuous improvement of technical and financial indicators by fostering partnerships, solving problems, and driving the achievement of business results at the site. The coordinator will lead the site-wide adherence to FP&R standards. Main Responsibilities Lead cultural change on the factory floor to foster a continuous improvement mindset; Lead the FP&R team by identifying team profiles, training needs, and providing coaching to develop team members to their highest potential; Drive the implementation of digital tools and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technologies; Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and objectives aligned with the business grid; Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects by leading or coaching in Kaizen events, CI projects, and LSS projects; Develop and implement an annual plan to monitor FP&R Standards and track progress. Lead the execution of the FP&R Annual Self-Assessment, develop action plans, and track progress. Support Corporate FP&R Assessment according to the global grid. Identify technical training needs and support the development and execution of the Training Program; Disseminate best practices from other plants, conduct benchmarking across plants and countries to improve production processes; Perform other duties as assigned; Comply with all company policies and standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment; Advanced English; Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies; Preferred Qualifications Experience with Data Analytics tools (Minitab/SQL/Data Studio); Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred; Strong communication skills.
