Summary The EHS Coordinator will supervise the activities and processes of the EHS department and support needs in the Matao Plant. Furthermore, you will ensure EHS practices in and by the team. This position will focus on results, leadership, dynamism, persistence, professional relationship with internal and external customers, ethical posture, and market knowledge. Proactively anticipates the needs and expectations of the company. Influence and interact with different levels. Ensure compliance with Safety and Environmental federal, state and local laws and internal rules of the company, in environmental matters to MTO Plant. Develop and implement environmental programs and policies (HSMS), as well as developing environmental Compliance Plan. Lead and provide support throughout the HSMS system and support the SMEs to MTO Plant. Responsabilities Your will coordinate work EHS activities, in order to ensure compliance with Brazilian legislation. This includes: Apply Safety and Industrial Hygiene technical knowledge in all plant and focus on Risk Reduction. Develop and implement safety procedures. Responsible for the HSMS System and Reports in MTO Plant. Lead of HSMS 500 Procedure and Practices and keep extremely focused on: HSMS 260 Safe Work Procedure and Practices and HSMS 360 Life Saving Rules. Ensure compliance with NRs by keeping extremely focused on NR12, 33, 35 and Line Break. Responsible for Fire System, ensuring the identification of nonconformities and maintaining up-to-date records, attending inspection and insurance agencies. Define the technical specifications of the individual protection equipment (PPE) used in the Unit. Recommend improvements all site when identified Safety opportunities. Inspect, analyze and investigate occupational accidents to clarify and make employees aware of accidents and occupational diseases. Maintain on file all specific work accident documents and perform statistical comparisons. Conduct periodic inspections of company facilities to identify / correct unsafe working conditions and direct actions Meeting the Health and Safety needs for e-Social. Conduct elections, organize and train the Internal Commissions for Accident Prevention - CIPA. Management of inspection programs (VOE, CIPA, etc.), periodic exams and third-party documents. Follow-up of medical and labor experts. Adviser in the elaboration of LTCAT and PPRA and other HS management programs. Support in the elaboration of the PCMSO with the information of Industrial Hygiene. Carry out the work in accordance with internally approved policies, procedures, work instructions, respecting and applying the SGQSA requirements and also the health, safety, environment and sustainability (HSMS) standards adopted by the company. Responsibility and autonomy to report issues related to SGQSA to the managing director and the quality department. Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, and internal rules of the company in environmental matters. Develop and implement environmental programs and policies, and develop plans Conformance. Maintain contact with the community and government authorities related to the environment. Taking actions to protect people and assets informing all areas of the company when changes occur in legislation that must be met. Perform periodic inspections to ensure compliance with environmental legislation, as well as carry out the monitoring of environmental items. Identify with the EHS&S Manager and the Human Resources Manager training needs in environmental issues and develop appropriate programs. Ensure timely submission requested by environmental agencies of all records and reports required for the acquisition, maintenance and renewal of environmental licenses. Provide environmental training for employees of the company. Check the physical and chemical parameters of effluents. Follow procedures and work instructions approved by the board and QMS. Requirements You should have a technical education as a safety technician (mandatory) and or a - Undergraduate degree in environmental engineering and or postgraduate degree in safety or environmental engineering management and or technical degree in agriculture / agribusiness. Advanced knowledge of English. At least 10 years of experience in a similar position. Demonstrates Teamwork for collaborating with others, building trust, and meeting personal commitments.
