Job Overview: As a Travel Innovation & Engagement Sr. Consultant, you will be a technical resource and subject matter expert on Concur Travel & Expense. You will independently fulfill functional, technical, and project management roles in the support of Concur products. This role will require collaboration with team members to promote knowledge development and provide project-specific support and assistance. Responsibilities: Lead complex technical and client related projects that are assigned moderate priority and risk. Consult with clients and partners to provide subject matter and technical expertise in areas including configuration solution design, project management, and risk identification/mitigation. Ensure configuration inquiries are promptly addressed and solutions are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with individual members of the team to provide guidance and assistance with delivering configuration solutions. Develop and document configuration best practices and contribute to team training and professional development efforts. Maintain a current and thorough understanding of Concur Travel & Expense via up-to-date training requirements, release notes, user group calls and industry-related conferences. Develop configuration procedures and contribute to team training and development efforts. Qualifications: Education, Experience & Training required : Four-year degree or equivalent experience; Technical Degree Preferred. Extensive Consulting, Implementation, or related field with project management experience. In depth client service experience supporting Concur solutions. Ability to pass a background check. Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Strong problem resolution skills with proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues. Experience with software as a service is preferred. SQL programming ability, including tasks such as writing SQL queries is preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system to ensure timely and accurate handling of information requests. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
