Optimize the comms channel to enhance client experience and cost efficiency Centralize databases from different channels we have Build flows to integrate info from different providers like Twilio, Hubspot, and sales force Make integrations with scripts, airflow, or other methods to connect the different providers Understand the efficiency per each channel and suggest improvements Launch new channels of communication like AI with voice, robocalls, AI systems, Automatic messages etc Be a master of building flows, and thrive over always documenting the processes Understand all aspects of HubSpot configuration and technical/functional capabilities Support Draiver’s use of HubSpot, including assisting with list generation/clean up as needed Assist in automating processes related to campaigns, chats, and distribution of tickets Manage all new user setups and deactivation, including overseeing user access and permissions and determining appropriate user permissions roles, and teams for all users Build and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users Work on joins of different tables, like connecting Calls, Hubspot ticket, and sales force infos Participate in system implementation projects including but not limited to requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution Maintain updated system documentation and HubSpot policies/procedures Maintain a high level of familiarity with related systems capabilities and scope definition to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream Interface with internal teams to facilitate business requirements and related duties Support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot Lead HubSpot onboarding and internal training Qualifications: Ability to quickly solve problems using Hacks, and quick integrations Able to pull data with SQL and build flows to update fields and database Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot administrator or a similar Hub for tickets CRM and workflows Strong understanding of the HubSpot platform, with the ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and integrations Ability to provide best practices, training programs, and coaching on the use of CRM applications to end users from different platforms A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Strong project management skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Having fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing Software certifications are desirable Knowledge of how it works Salesforce, Airflows (or similar), and Twilio are desirable Powered by JazzHR
