What you will do The Sr. Project Portfolio Analyst is responsible for analyzing project portfolio to ensure it ties to expected business performance, analyzing portfolio management governance, identifying and analyzing diverse data repositories, and ensuring the composure of progress and status reports. You will also design and maintain executive level reports and identify appropriate implementation measures for new portfolio management processes: Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain project portfolio management processes and tools • Analyze project data to identify trends and insights • Provide recommendations to senior management on portfolio optimization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals • Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders on portfolio performance • Continuously improve project portfolio management practices based on industry best practices • Lead and manage the regional portfolio of projects related to supply chain • Develop and implement a comprehensive and sustainable portfolio and project management strategy • Ensure consistency in standards, practices, and processes across supply chain • Build strong partnerships with functions regionally • Facilitate the Capture, Visualization and Analysis of project portfolio data • Lead monthly portfolio governance reviews • Develop and refresh portfolio roadmap • Drive continuous improvements in portfolio management and analytics capabilities • Stay abreast of major trends, dynamics, and competitive landscape in the industry • Identify, define and research issues of potential strategic importance What we are looking for Required Qualifications • 5 years of related experience in supply chain, business, and/or process improvement • University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field • Demonstrated people leadership skills • Command of project management/continuous improvement methodologies • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Ability to work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope • Data analytics expertise • Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and key performance indicators • Good understanding of financial principles Desired Qualifications • Ability to drive clarity and advocate alignment between investment with overall strategy in the cross-segment environment • Proven intellectual curiosity, learning agility, and ability to adapt quickly to changes • Ability to execute thoroughly in a fast-paced work environment, adapting quickly to changing conditions to achieve results • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights • Planisware and/or PowerBI proven experience • Experience with project portfolio management tools and processes • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes and practices • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams What's in it for you • Competitive Benefit Package* • Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More! • Learning & Development Opportunities • Employee Resource Groups *Note: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
