What you will do Lead Consumer Research Studies and analytics work for Self Care Latam, working closely with Innovation team (marketing, R&D, capabilities) within an agile environment and being responsible to: 1) Nurture & Shape innovation and HCPs (Professional) long term strategies, connecting the dots and build compelling storytelling to bring Consumers, Shoppers & Professionals at the center of the discussion that will foster future growth of Self Care in Latam 2) Provoke, inspire and anticipate business trends, opportunities and threats by b ring an Outside-in focused 3) Build an holistic and strategic Regional Diagnostics on Key Brands based on Syndicated Data (Nielsen, Kantar, IQVA, CUP) and AD HOC guaranteeing accurate, actionable and relevant business growth recommendations. Key Responsibilities include: * Understand business challenge and proactively identify how to better support team via Insights & Analytics and be able to influence a faster and fact-based decision-making process * Be able to balance Human Insights and Advanced Analytics to bring solid recommendations to shape business strategy, through compelling storytelling * Identify new and agile ways (digital savvy) to bring consumer and shoppers at the center of the decision and have robust understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior & needs, shopper journey and competitors' actions. * Influence business decisions on growth drivers, investments ROI, media optimization and communication improvement. * Strong ability to Connects data from different sources (research, syndicated, digital tracking) to identify growth opportunities for the business. * Work together with Regional teams, contributing with growth mindset to develop best innovation and communication for supported brands * Lead and Support Innovation team in mid/long term growth, influencing Global team with Regional/Local trends, needs and nuances * Co- lead inspirational sessions to support/ nurture strategic planning * Demonstrates clarity and objectivity in the interpretation of findings as well as good communication with teams * Leads strategic consumer research studies (Ad-hoc) to priority brands; * Advanced Analytics as a differential for the position * Position includes 30% of Analytics and 70% dedicated to consumer/ ad-hoc projects What we are looking for * Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Statistic, Economy, Marketing or correlated areas * Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Insights, Analytics, People Management * Strong Analytic thinking, data savvy and love crunching numbers in order to extract insights and recommendations. * Communication and collaboration skills, with ability to lead and influence project teams and stakeholders. * A natural curiosity, with strategic problem-solving orientation and the ability to "zoom in and out as needed" * Knowledge in Syndicated data (Nielsen, IQVIA, Close-up, Scanntech, Dunnhumby, Kantar, Euromonitor, Mintel, E-commerce), advanced analytics (RGM, MMM, Forecasting ) , Digital analytics, Adhoc studies. * Fluent in English , Spanish is a plus.
