Your Role: As a pivotal member of the Data Architecture & Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Engineering Manager on diverse data-related initiatives. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable data solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring data quality, governance, and integrity. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Data Architecture & Engineering operations within the Data Platform Squad, from design to implementation and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, fostering an Agile and DevOps culture. Design and implement optimal data models and architecture, leveraging industry best practices and tools like Databricks and Snowflake. Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using cloud-native services and custom coding. Promote Data Governance and democratization, ensuring transparency and quality across all data processes. Stay updated on emerging technologies in data architecture and engineering, contributing to technical innovations and proofs of concept. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5-7 years of experience in data engineering, with expertise in data modeling, pipeline development, and cloud platforms (especially Azure). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt). Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Preferred: Experience with MLOps, event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka), and enterprise BI platforms.
