This role establishes and develops methods and protocol for comprehensive external communications, primarily passionate about proactively addressing customer needs and expectations while promoting J&J MedTech and its Business Units achievements, impact and contributions to the society and the healthcare sector. Crafts a variety of key public communication, with strong focus on the company's owned channels. Main Responsibilities: * Finds opportunities to improve results for communications strategies by reviewing business objectives against partner needs to ensure production of tangible actions with measurable results, notably for company owned channels. * Builds messages, strategic stories, client win stories, patient stories and testimonials and products communications under moderate supervision. * Provides insight into management of media inquiries, social media, and crisis communications. * Support in the execution and evaluation of patient awareness and products campaigns.
