Role Description Airswift are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist with expertise in Azure, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, domain management, and Unifi IAAS. This role is essential in managing and optimising our cloud-based infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and security for our organisation. In addition, you will act as an escalation point for our wider service desk and will assist the service desk leads, in creating SOP’s and solutions, and provide coaching and mentoring to foster a shift left culture Principle Accountabilities: Unifi IAAS (Infrastructure as a Service): Design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions using Unifi IAAS services. Optimise Unifi IAAS resources for performance, availability, and scalability. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security measures for Unifi IAAS environments. Azure Management: Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure components such as virtual machines, networks, storage, and security groups. Monitor and optimise Azure resources for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. Implement Azure policies and governance frameworks for compliance and security. Office 365 and Intune Administration: Manage Office 365 tenant configurations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other related services. Implement and maintain Intune policies for device management, security, and application deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve Office 365 and Intune-related issues for end-users and administrators. Autopilot and Domain Management: Configure and deploy Windows Autopilot for streamlined device provisioning and management. Manage Entra ID for user authentication, group policies, and access control. Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud-based domain services. Monitoring and Security: Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing for cloud and on-premises environments. Collaborate with wider teams to implement and maintain security best practices. Documentation and Standards: Ensure all changes are documented via the Airswift change management procedures. Maintain high-quality and accurate technical documentation within company standard operating procedures and adherence to ISO27001 guidelines. Ensure infrastructure risks are logged into the company risk register. Create solutions and documentation to allow work to be completed at tiers 1-2 and champion employee self-service. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Educated to AS / A Level (or equivalent) and hold one or more current Microsoft certifications in Azure or M365. A minimum of 2-3 years of 3rd line experience ideally within a global environment. Experience working with Azure and M365 platforms including Intune, Teams Administrations, Sharepoint Online, Exchange Online, and Cloud App Security. Ubiquiti UDM, switch and U6-LR access point management. Experience with MDM via Microsoft Intune. Skilled at creating and maintaining technical documentation. Experience with ITIL. Ensures all changes are logged via change management. Desirable: Experience with Windows 365, Log Analytics, Azure API Management, and Azure FrontDoor. Synology NAS Office 365 backup management. Experience implementing passwordless with M365. Experience rolling out Windows 11 Enterprise workstations from Intune. Experience monitoring and resolving Azure/M365 security threats.
