Position Overview We're in search of an RPA Consultant to join our team, being allocated to one of our top clients in the Canada. As an RPA Consultant, you will serve as the first line of support for business users interacting with our robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. You will play a critical role in documenting user issues, providing initial troubleshooting, and escalating technical problems to our Development team. Your finance background and familiarity with ERP systems will be invaluable in understanding the specific needs and challenges of our users. Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for business users encountering issues with RPA bots, primarily using Automation Anywhere and UI Path. Document user issues thoroughly, ensuring that all necessary information is captured for the development team. Escalate complex technical problems to the RPA development team with clear and detailed documentation. Assist in the troubleshooting of user errors, offering guidance and support to resolve simple issues. Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to help business users effectively utilize RPA tools. Collaborate with the finance and accounting departments to understand their specific automation needs and challenges. Monitor the performance and effectiveness of deployed RPA solutions, providing feedback for continuous improvement. Maintain a strong understanding of ERP systems from a user perspective, facilitating better support and problem resolution. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably within a finance or accounting environment. Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere or UI Path. Previous exposure to ERP systems as a user. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to document and communicate issues effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: A background in finance or accounting is highly desirable.
