Role Description As a Collections Analyst, you will reconcile credit files, identifying discrepancies and variances to ensure accuracy. You will maintain the client portfolio, keeping it within the KPI targets set, and assist in preparing collection reports. Additionally, you will forecast all monthly collection objectives to support strategic financial planning. Principle Accountabilities: Settle payments against open balances Reconcile credit files and identify discrepancies and variances. Keep client portfolio under the KPI target set. Assist in collecting and preparing collection reports. Forecast all monthly collection objectives. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Fluent English (will be tested). Advanced level of Excel (will be tested). Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or related areas. Previous finance experience would be an asset Attention to detail. MS Office. What we can offer you!
