Who You Are: We’re seeking a highly technical individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in English and Portuguese. While prior knowledge of MongoDB is a plus, we provide comprehensive training. Our ideal candidate has: Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills High motivation for a role combining technical and customer-management dimensions Confidence in speaking and presenting in a collaborative customer setting 5+ years of software development/consulting/support experience across various industries Familiarity with enterprise software architectures and application development methodologies Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Java, C++, C#, Python, Node.js (JavaScript), Ruby, Perl, Scala, Go Experience with databases like MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL Knowledge of Linux diagnostics and tuning; Windows tuning is a plus Fluency in English and Portuguese Responsibilities: Perform technical tasks as part of a project delivery team Solve database and application issues and plan/debug MongoDB deployments Manage the consulting lifecycle from planning to follow-up Identify additional opportunities or risks during customer engagements Raise bug reports and feature requests Deliver customer training for architect, developer, and operations roles Collaborate with consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams Success Measures: Become a field expert in MongoDB Communicate complex technical proposals simply and convincingly Establish a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients Ensure client success with MongoDB Maintain billable utilization Communicate product roadmaps to clients Continuously improve yourself, our products, and our team Why Delbridge Solutions: We foster a collaborative environment where every team member’s contribution is valued.
