JOB DESCRIPTION Are you a passionate and results-driven sales leader ready to make a significant impact? We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a dedicated sales team in achieving outstanding business growth and customer satisfaction. Based in Belo Horizonte, our client’s primary purpose of this role is to establish and maintain the company as a trusted partner with new and existing customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Team Development: Mentor and develop the sales team through joint sales calls and annual business plans, targeting new accounts. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborative Marketing: Work with the Marketing department to create impactful promotional materials that showcase our capabilities. Customer Advocate: Act as the 'voice of the customer,' communicating needs and identifying solutions to succeed in the market. Pricing Strategy: Participate in pricing strategies to enhance gross profit, analyze market trends, and integrate insights into sales and marketing plans. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer strategies to keep our offerings competitive. Feedback Loop: Provide valuable customer and market feedback to colleagues. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the annual business plan. Lead Generation: Help the team develop and nurture sales leads, secure new business, and maintain product knowledge. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and resolve customer issues promptly, collaborating with internal departments. Sales Support: Attend customer meetings with Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and provide quotes. Core Values: Embody and promote our Core Values, Principles, and Corporate Mission. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably), business, finance with strong business acumen skills. Having an MBA or a postgraduate degree in business will set you apart. Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and 3 years of Management/Supervisory experience Proven track records of large accounts management, especially within the mining segment. Excellent communication skills. English language proficiency is mandatory. Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Ability to prepare and present highly complex technologies materials (presentations, marketing materials, etc.) Experience on preparing business associated documents (technical and commercial proposals, contracts, etc.) Powered by JazzHR
