This is also an essential journey. We are looking for a Integrations Analyst : Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop and document integration requirements and the associated data flows. Configure, document, and develop integrations based on the specified requirements. Work with Business Systems Analysts to resolve functionality issues and coordinate testing of newly developed integrations. Support business systems analysts and end users with understanding root causes and fixing integration errors – ensure all data is processed correctly. Provide training and business transaction process guidance to Business Systems Analysts and Subject Matter Experts. Work with Business Systems Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures. Identify processing roadblocks and work with key business users and Business Systems Analysts to implement improvements in processing of integration transactions. Monitor the transaction volume and transaction types in support of the licensing requirements for integration platforms. Education Bachelor's degree. Experience Minimum of three years’ experience using Software AG’s webMethods middleware toolExisting SnapLogic experience preferred (but not required) Special Skills Demonstrable proficiency with integration tools like webMethods and other ETL tools (prefereably SnapLogic) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other relevant protocols Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve integration-related issues. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and industry trends. Fluent in MS Windows, MS Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). 2+ years of experience with Relational Databases (Oracle, SQL Server) with ability to write and analyze complex SQL queries. 2+ years of Salesforce platform with Sales Cloud and service Cloud experience with SOQL knowledge preferred. General working knowledge of AWS Cloud platform.
