Purpose: This role is part of the Demand Planning Brazil team for Consumer Health and is responsible for leading S&OP/IBP activities & Portfolio optimization. This position will lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver results in forecast accuracy and service level. You will be responsible for: • Lead S&OP | IBP focused on Brazil connecting sell in, sell out, DOH and financial insights. • Be part of core team on Commercial SQUAD representing Supply Chain, interacting with a cross-functional team to capture market plans, trends and events to define and influence the forecast at the SKU/CD level. • Act as focal point between Supply Chain and Sales&Marketing, ensuring information visibility and directing decisions and prioritization. • Manage and optimize inventory quality, leading actions to avoid and reduce slob/write-off. • Ensure forecast accuracy (MAPE) and service level (NPO/OTIF), by monitoring performance, identifying risks and leading actions. • Lead the Portfolio Management review process with Supply Chain and Commercial team focusing on rentability. • Find opportunities to standardize and automate processes, lead or participate in key initiatives and ad-hoc projects and build strong working relationships with Business partners. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree completed (Preferred for Engineering, Economics, Business Administration) • MBA and/or Advanced Graduation is a plus; • Advanced / Fluent English is required. • Spanish is a plus • Previous S&OP | IBP experience is a plus • Previous Commercial Interface Experience is preferred • Advanced Excel • Advanced PowerPoint • Written and strong verbal communication skills and develop add-value relationships with internal partners to achieve company goals. • Attention to details, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills • Team work, resilience, pro-active / positive behavior and hands-on are relevant for the position
