About the role The CRM Analyst II is going to be responsible for CRM strategies throughout the customer life-cycle, mainly focused on User Acquisition, both for Leiturinha and toucanBox. This employee has the crucial role to set automated journeys and keep on track the continuous improvements of these journeys, helping the Growth team to reduce the dependency on paid channels for acquisition and helping the CRM team to provide a great experience regarding communications for customers within our ecosystem. The CRM Analyst II will be working closely with the CRM Coordinator in an international team, being in constant contact with two more CRM Analysts and the Growth team. What you will be doing: Plan CRM strategies according to the customer life-cycle stage, aiming to increase subscriptions sales, Store’s Revenue, CLTV; Creating multichannel journey strategies and designing the communications flow; Briefing and managing content deliveries; Creating strategic and automated journeys; Tracking CRM metrics and reporting results; Conducting AB tests and other experiments; Transiting between products (Leiturinha and toucanBox). What you´ll need to succeed in this role: 2+ years working in the CRM area. Proficiency on customer life-cycle; Expertise in multichannel (email, SMS, app push, WhatsApp, In-App, Web push) strategies; Experience in working with Insider or Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Familiarity with Data Analysis with working knowledge with Excel and Google Sheets; Facility in communicating in English. Team-player and collaborative mindset: your background knowledge is welcome, you will have a safe and positive environment to share, learn, develop yourself and helping your colleagues in their development; Creative and propositive: thinking outside the box to solve communication problems and driving results; Very organized and adaptable: managing different projects, from different products, at once demands a strong skill of organization. Being opened to change priorities and reset routes too; Stakeholder management: some of the journeys to be delivered regards Growth Team’s projects, but there are some that must be planned, executed and delivered for other teams. Building a good relationship with stakeholders is essential to achieve the expected results and to create a positive environment to work; Data-driven: use data to steer decisions and strategies, keeping things on track for achieving results. Stay flexible to new insights, ready to pivot plans when necessary; Self-learned attitude: being proactive to learning, being curious about the business, processes and technology, willing to seek out opportunities for growth. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communications: A bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is required. 2+ years working in the CRM area.
