Their business today is primarily focused on Brazil, yet aimed to also expand across Spanish LatAm in the medium term. They currently have offices in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, London, Lisbon, Barcelona, Montevideo, and Tel Aviv. Responsibilities: We are looking to hire a highly skilled UX Researcher to play a key role in shaping an immersive user experience across Latin America. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, this position involves leading research projects and ensuring the integration of user perspectives throughout the product development lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making to enhance commercial success.We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment and demonstrates an aptitude for "on-the-job" learning of complex topics. Lead research projects from inception to delivery, consistently incorporating our users' perspectives in every scenario. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, customer experience, engineering, and business analytics, to identify key research questions and goals and influence evidence-based and customer-centric decisions regarding product and design strategy. Conduct market and ethnographic research, interviews, surveys, field visits, benchmark studies, user testing, and contextual inquiries to uncover user needs and pain points. Create personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user insights effectively. Work with analytics tools to systematically extract, analyze, and interpret quantitative data. Advocate for user-centered design principles, influencing product strategy based on user insights. Contribute to the development of products and experiences that are not only user-friendly but also inclusive and accessible to a diverse range of individuals. Communicate research findings to stakeholders and all levels of the product team through written reports and in-person presentations, detailing methodology, insights, and design recommendations in a clear and comprehensive manner. Stay informed about industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to inform product positioning. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior researchers and team members. Contribute to the growth of the UX Research discipline within the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields. 5+ years of proven experience in UX Research. Relevant experience in product research, both quantitative and qualitative. Capable of leading strategic research efforts and seamlessly integrating user research into product designs. Successful track record of working with senior leaders and stakeholders. Advanced problem-solving skills with a proactive problem solver mindset and a spirit for innovation. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences and different organizational levels.
