Role Description The Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for keeping the Delivery Hire team’s systems operating reliably, focused on the quality and veracity of information, generating documents that will support daily operations, supporting the team in managing its requisitions and managing access to Job Boards. Principle Accountabilities: Oversee, manage, and report data on key performance indicators focused on the Direct Hire team. Develop a spreadsheet for data visualisation while aiming for productivity improvement. Administer the Candidate Management System while following up with Houston and Delivery Centre if necessary. Support and facilitate onboarding and team events. Sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of candidates across multiple industries. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Advanced English skills. Costumer-focus orientation. Ability to apply critical thinking skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. What we can offer you!
