For over 60 years, GRC has gone beyond the parameters of traditional property loss control services and continuously strives to provide our clients with solutions to help achieve and maintain a highly protected status. Position Summary: - Loss Prevention Consultant for South America District.- Conducting Fire Loss prevention surveys in the region (from Guatemala to Argentina).- Providing project review and consulting services.- +50% travel. Specific Required professional skills: - Fully Proficient in Spanish, Portuguese, and English (written/spoken).- Previous proven experience in loss prevention consulting (fire and associated perils).- Previous experience in surveying Power Generation Facilities, Pulp and Paper industry, Food and beverage industry (either AND or OR).- Capacity of developing Loss Scenarios and loss expectancies for fire and explosion risks.- Previous experience with fire protection project reviews.- Knowledge/capable of using of NFPA and FM Global standards.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (user level) products: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Teams.- Engineering degree Desirable (not limitative) additional Professional skills: - Desirable previous and interest on Account Engineering (no immediate responsibility on this), preferably for international/regional clients.- Desirable previous experience in Mining industry.- Desirable previous with general risks.- Eng. Degree preferred in: Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Personal Skills :- Organized.- Good planning skills.- Good interpersonal skills.- Capable of working and being productive with Supervision per Objectives.- Standalone.- Autodidact to some level (capable of investigating and learning through it).- Capable of working as part of a team.- Willing to travel.
