Position Summary: This is a unique opportunity to join CPM as a Field Service Engineer. This position will be located in São Paulo. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business with advancement opportunities. We are looking for a highly motivated detail-oriented person with strong technical mechanical aptitude coupled with proficient organizational skills, and outstanding people skills. Responsibilities: Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and related tasks on our equipment Diagnose technical problems and determine proper solutions Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches Tie workflow to schedule Produce timely and detailed service reports Operate vehicle in a safe manner Use field automations systems Follow all company’s procedures and protocols Build positive relationships with our customers Build positive relationships with local Millwright crews Experience and Requirements: Must be able to work independently with little supervision Experience with heavy mechanical process equipment Proven field service experience Ability to read and understand work instructions and mechanical blueprints Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment Familiarity with mobile tools and applications Attentive to details Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and E-Mail Technical degree or related work experience preferred. Entry level also considered.
